CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that things come up, and I appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • If you reschedule at least 11 hours before your appointment, the fee will be waived. • If you cancel within 10 hours of your appointment—whether or not you reschedule—you will still be responsible for the 50% cancellation fee. • If you are more than 15 mins late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. • If you are more than 15 minutes late and it is a reoccurring incident. (meaning more than 2 occasions ) a client will be banned from booking any further appointments. • If you no call no show two times in a row, that client will be banned from booking any further appointments. This policy ensures fairness while allowing flexibility for those who reschedule in advance. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time! All extension installs will require a 50% non -refundable retainer in order to book the installation.
