CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that things come up, and I appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • If you reschedule at least 11 hours before your appointment, the fee will be waived. • If you cancel within 10 hours of your appointment—whether or not you reschedule—you will still be responsible for the 50% cancellation fee. This policy ensures fairness while allowing flexibility for those who reschedule in advance. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time! All new extension installs will require a 50% non refundable deposit in order to book the installation.
